How It Works:
- 5 days before your appointment, you will receive a text or email with a secure link to begin the check-in process.
- Follow the instructions to provide the information we need for your upcoming visit.
- You can update your medical information, and sign any necessary forms from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Arrive for your appointment with confidence, knowing your paperwork is complete.
Why Use Phreesia?
- Save Time: Complete your check-in before your appointment at your convenience.
- Fewer Forms: No need to fill out paperwork at the clinic.
- Secure and Easy: Your information is handled with the highest security standards.
If you or a family member prefers to use paper forms during visits, this option will still be available upon request at check-in.
Patient Portal
The Conway Regional Patient Portal will still be available for patients who want to message their providers or access their medical records.
