Congratulations to Dee McJunkins, LPN, the latest recipient of the DAISY Award at Conway Regional Health System!

Dee works at Conway Regional Clinton Medical Clinic where she is known for her compassion, integrity, and commitment to others that she shows for patients and coworkers.

Her award nomination form includes numerous examples of the exemplary care that she provides to others. Dee stays late to call patients, takes time to ensure they understand their care, and always treats them with kindness and respect. She lifts up her team by remembering birthdays, welcoming new coworkers, and offering support in times of need.

 Whether helping a patient schedule an important appointment or quietly buying groceries for a coworker in crisis, she consistently puts others first.
